STD tariff hits a new low, courtsey Tata Docomo, the innovative powerhouse of Indian telecom industry.

Tata Docomo, which is well known for its unique marketing strategies has now come up with another unique plan for the mobile internet users where you need to pay only for the websites you browse. Named “Pay per site” plan is suitable for mobilers who use only 2-3 specific websites regularly but have to pay the rental for complete internet package.

TATA DOCOMO  today announced the launch of its operations in Rajasthan. It is covering 580 towns & 2,867 villages. TATA DOCOMO is already operating in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orissa, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Kolkata, Rest of West Bengal, Jharkhand-Bihar, Punjab, UP (East), UP (West), Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh telecom Circles.

TATA DOCOMO has launched Pay Per Second ‘ISD Packs’. This Pack will allow all its subscribers in Punjab to make international calls to any phone in the US and Canada  at  1 paisa per second. The new ISD Packs are available at Rs 59 with a validity of 30 days and Rs. 205 with a Talktime of Rs. 145 with validity of 30 days.

Tata DOCOMO has come up with a yearly offer mainly emphasising on On-net Local and STD calling.This special pack offers calling to any Tata number (Tata Docomo,Tata Indicom, Virgin CDMA/GSM,T24) at discounted rates.

Nokia India today announced its tie-up with Tata DOCOMO. As per the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Nokia and Tata DOCOMO will collaborate to offer Nokia Ovi Life Tools services to all Tata DOCOMO subscribers. Both partners will work together to deliver news alerts in the fields of Agriculture and Education on schemes and other relevant information directly to thousands of users using this service.
